Solution 1:
Temporarily disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software. This type of issue can be caused by interference of third party software, typically security software. Some security products will still block or interfere with trainers even when disabled. Some must be completely uninstalled or the trainer and its temporary files whitelisted. Consult your security product documentation for instruction on how to do this.
Solution 2:
Make sure you fully extract the trainer from the .rar, .zip or .zipx archive before trying to run it. When running it, please right click on the trainer .exe file and choose "Run as Administrator". It may also be necessary to do this on the game as well. Trainers need full Windows permission to access the game in memory and create temporary files. It may also be necessary to give full permissions to the Windows TEMP folder.

Our trainers typically use the numpad keys as they are rarely used by the games as default controls. Most of our trainers can be customized and the trainer hotkeys remapped. See the trainer readme file for more information.
Solution 1:
This is typical behavior for some trainers which require options to be turned on then immediately off to avoid anti-cheat protection.
Solution 2:
Make sure your keyboard is functioning properly and there are no stuck keys. You can try unplugging and plugging in another keyboard to test.
Solution 1:
Windows Media Player must be installed for trainer sounds to work. Please confirm that you have it installed. It can be found in Windows 10 under Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional Features > Add a Feature and then find the Media Feature Pack. Be sure to restart your PC after adding.
Solution 1:
Make sure your account has not been deactivated and that your premium subscription has not expired. An active premium subscription is required for trainers to authenticate except those that are purchased individually. Accounts can become deactivated for a number of reasons. If you are able to login to the website successfully then your account is not deactivated, but your subscription may have expired. You can renew your subscription here.

Solution 1:
Temporarily disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Some security products such as AVast contain browser extensions that can block the trainer downloads even though the primary product has been disabled.
Solution 1:
Your download is being blocked by something on your system, typically a browser extension or addon or your AV, firewall and other security software. Some of these browser addons are still active even when your security software is disabled. We suggest temporarily disabling all AV, firewall and other security software including browser extensions and addons and then trying the download again.
Solution 1:
Please change your monitor resolution to the lowest setting, then run the trainer and see if it appears on the screen. If it does, then change your monitor resolution back to normal while the trainer is running and it should correct the issue.

Solution 1:
Most of the time its caused by attaching a trainer more than once to the same game session. A restart of the game should solve it.
Solution 1:
Make sure your sound card is functioning properly and enabled. Our trainers require sound feedback and a non-functioning sound card can cause crashes and other issues.
Solution 2:
Make sure you read the readme.txt, .nfo file or instructions included with each trainer. Some require activation at specific places versus the main menu. Some options may require other options to be enabled first. Never assume that any two trainers will work exactly the same way, even for the same game.
Solution 3:
Disable any multimedia keyboard software that you might be using. Sometimes this software can conflict with or overwrite the trainer's hotkeys.
Solution 4:
Make sure that the keys used by the trainer are not also mapped to game functions. Every care is taken to make sure that the default trainer keys are not used by the game but if you have re-mapped the keys to a special keyboard or mouse configuration, a conflict may cause the trainer's hotkeys to not function.

It may also be necessary to do this on the game as well. Trainers need full Windows permission to access the game in memory and create temporary files. It may also be necessary to give full permissions to the Windows TEMP folder.
Solution 7:
Make sure the trainer version matches the game version and distribution. If the game has patched since the trainer was last updated this can cause a crash. This may also happen if the trainer was created specifically for the Steam version and you are using the Origin version or some other distribution of the game. Distributions and versions supported by each trainer are listed on the game's index page. If there has been a patch, you can use our trainer update notification system to let our staff know.
Read the readme or .nfo file included with the trainer. The .nfo files can be opened using Notepad or Wordpad. These files usually contain important instructions or information regarding the trainer.
Extract the trainer to the game folder on your hard drive. This location is not always important, but some trainers will not work without being in the same folder as the game.
Depending on the trainer, you should either run the trainer BEFORE you start the game or after the game is already running. Most trainers are run BEFORE the game is loaded. Try it both ways or check the .nfo file if you're not sure.
Use the keys assigned by the trainer to activate the trainer's cheats while playing. Sometimes the keys used by the trainer are already mapped to functions in the game. You may need to re-map game controls to other keys in order for the trainer to work properly.
Do not close the trainer until you have closed the game. Sometimes the cheats will stop working or the game will crash.
