Once you change it, it stays no matter if you log out. You can change it whenever you need. If you want 20 robots at your base, change it once and all bases get the limit amount you choose.

Remove budget limit for your outpost:
Console commands: getav 399
forceav 399 0
Unlimited: --- (You can set Robots, Turrets etc to max 999, ive set it to different numbers (17,13,69 etc) so you can see those different values in the video) Robots set 001d9f5e to 17 Turrets set 000F7C96 to 13 Crew Stations set 001B4BB2 to 69 Cargo Links set 00190D57 to 73 Mannequins set 003F4AEE to 99
