Here is mine, sorry for the dbl post but cant attach in edit.

i blocked the exe file (Moria-Win64-Shipping.exe) in the firewall of windows 10 incoming and outgoing, In the lower left corner you see normally the version of the game if its online or not, with blocks mentioned above it tries to get online, which does not work, and the game like i said above plays normally, in offline mode, so yes game can be trained, already fiddled a bit with CoSMOS for extra wood metal etc.

Save files are located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Moria\Saved\SaveGames.

Attached is a Save File with 2.5 hours so far. Game allows saves, has a single player offline or multiplayer online with invite code. Campaign with part sandbox part fixed locations. All singleplayer is offline.

It appears to be an single player game with by-invitation co-op. There is explicitly a "Play Offline" option when starting a new game. I haven't done much more than fire it up over my lunch break--once I do (probably not until tomorrow) if someone hasn't gotten you all what you need for save files, I will do so. I'll also play around with CoSMOS and see if I'm able to edit anything worthwhile.

Made save into Zip

I can confirm the game allows saves and has offline play. I will attach a save once I've had a couple more hours of gameplay if still needed by that time.
