How to Use the Helldivers 2 Trainer for the First Time

Step 1 Start Helldivers 2 and load into your ship.

Step 2 Exit the game once you can move around in the ship.

Step 3 Add the Helldivers 2 "Bin" folder to your antivirus exclusion list. Click the Link for help doing this

Step 4 Open Aurora and download the launcher file.

• If you can't find the download, follow this Link.

Step 5 Move the launcher file to the "Bin" folder in your Helldivers 2 game folder.

Step 6 Close Aurora.

Step 7 Launch Helldivers 2 using the launcher file you just moved.

Step 8 Wait for the game to load.

Step 9 Open Aurora again and activate the trainer.

Step 10 You're all set! You can now use the trainer with Helldivers 2.

Got an Error with Helldivers 2? Please follow these Steps to fix the issue

Step 1 Delete the "Bin" folder in your Helldivers 2 game files.

Step 2 Verify the Files in Steam after deleting the Bin folder

Step 3 Make sure your security software isnt blocking the game: Link

Add the Aurora folder to the exclusion list in your security software. Dont disable your security. Also add the Bin folder to the exclusion list. Example Settings: Link

Step 4 Launch the game without Aurora open

Step 5 Make sure to walk around the ship for a bit, then exit the game through the Esc menu.

Step 6 Run Aurora as an admin:

Right-click the Aurora icon and select "Run as administrator."

Step 7 Open the Trainer for Helldivers 2

Step 8 Download the HD2Launcher.exe file from the RAR file.

Step 9 Move the HD2Launcher.exe file to the "Bin" folder in your Helldivers 2 directory.

Step 10 Close the Aurora app before launching the HD2Launcher.exe file.

Step 11 Run the Helldivers2Launcher and wait for three beeps to signal the game is loading (this may take about 60 seconds).

Step 12 Once you are in your ship and you can walk around open Aurora

Step 13 Activate the trainer

Step 14 If Aurora or the game crashes, restart your computer and start from Step 1.
